However, its efficient operation relies on a scientific and standardized maintenance system. This essay combines the structural characteristics of equipment and industry practical experience to systematically sort out the key points of equipment maintenance.

1. Daily inspection of vacuum Hydraulic Oil Cleaning Unit: build a line of defense for safe operation:
Vacuum system maintenance:
Check the oil level of the vacuum pump every day (between the upper and lower limits of the oil mark line), and if the oil is found to be emulsified or the water content exceeds the standard (oil is turbid), the special vacuum pump oil needs to be replaced immediately.


Filtration system monitoring:
Observe the pressure gauge reading in real time, and when the pressure exceeds 0.35MPa, the filter assembly needs to be cleaned or replaced. The primary filter adopts permanent magnet design, which can absorb ferromagnetic impurities and needs to be disassembled and cleaned every week; The fine filter adopts DFH double rectangular structure, the dirt holding capacity is 3 times that of the traditional filter element, and it is recommended to replace it every 500 hours.

Heating system inspection
Multi-U carbon fiber far-infrared heaters need to keep the surface clean to avoid oil scale accumulation affecting thermal efficiency. Check the sensitivity of the temperature controller every day to ensure that the oil temperature is stable in the range of 60-80°C to prevent oil oxidation caused by local overheating.
